Research interests

Research interests are in the silviculture and management of pine-oak forests. Specifically, current research emphasis include identification of silvicultural techniques for promoting shortleaf pine and oak regeneration and recruitment as well as tree improvement of shortleaf pine in order to preserve biodiversity and enhance the reforestation efforts.
